Who is the Ferti Replan Camp for?

For couples and individuals who have undergone unsuccessful IVF and wish to take a step back before their next attempt, to analyse their treatment to date and plan their next steps.

The Camp programme allows you, over the course of four days, to discuss your situation with a team of specialists, follow a planned course of consultations and treatment, and look at your history from different perspectives.

You can come with your partner or on your own. You do not need to be undergoing treatment at INVICTA Clinics.

You’ve had an unsuccessful IVF treatment

– one or more IVF/ICSI cycles, and you’re wondering what to do next.

Are you planning another round of IVF?

– and you want to organise the results, reports and recommendations made so far in advance.

You’ve had an unsuccessful embryo transfer

– and you need to speak to experts about possible next steps.

Do you want to look after yourself whilst undergoing treatment?

Why
Ferti Replan Camp?

Following an unsuccessful IVF treatment, there are often many test results, recommendations and questions left without clear answers. Ferti Replan Camp helps to bring all these elements together, gain a better understanding of your treatment so far, and identify what you should focus on before making your next decision.

Over the course of four days, a team of specialists works on your situation, and you leave with clear recommendations and a well-defined plan for the next steps.

A chronological history of treatment

The doctor and embryologist analyse previous treatment protocols, results and information about the embryos in order to compile the most important data in one place.

Plan for next steps

You will leave with a written summary of your treatment to date and recommendations for the next stage – to be carried out at INVICTA or at a clinic of your choice.

A range of specialisms in one place

Over the course of four days, you’ll meet with a doctor, an embryologist, a dietitian, a physiotherapist and a psychologist – without having to arrange separate appointments.

A space for recovery

Between consultations, you’ll have time for sleep, exercise and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as well as a relaxing stay in Sopot.

Sharing experiences in a small group

This small group offers the opportunity to talk and share experiences with others who are also undergoing fertility treatment – without any pressure and with respect for privacy.

Who will be leading the
Ferti Replan Camp?

The Camp will be led by experts from the INVICTA Group,
supported by a team of specialists from NAMI.

Professor Krzysztof Łukaszuk,
PhD (Med.)

A specialist in reproductive medicine, an obstetrician-gynaecologist, an endocrinologist and an andrologist. During the Camp, he will hold consultations and discuss your treatment to date as well as possible next steps.

Joanna Liss,
PhD, Professor at the University of Gdańsk

An embryologist and member of the INVICTA embryology team. She will oversee the analysis of embryological data from previous procedures.

You’ll also be able to speak to a lifestyle medicine doctor, a dietitian, a physiotherapist and a psychologist whilst you’re there.

Frequently asked questions
about Ferti Replan Camp

  • Following an unsuccessful IVF cycle, many people need time and to get their thoughts in order before deciding to try again. Camp offers both: a review of your treatment to date with experts, further diagnostic tests and recommendations for the next steps. You make the decisions about your treatment, together with your doctor.

  • Yes. Ferti Replan Camp is designed for both couples and individuals attending on their own. We will tailor the scope of the consultations to suit the type of participation.

  • No. The camp is for people undergoing treatment at any clinic in Poland or abroad. You can follow the recommendations given by your doctor.

  • Yes. The programme is for people who have undergone one or more unsuccessful IVF/ICSI cycles, or an unsuccessful embryo transfer, and who want a clearly defined plan before their next IVF cycle.

  • Once you have registered, you will receive a checklist. The following will be useful: results of hormone and genetic tests, reports on stimulation, egg retrieval, embryos and transfers, as well as previous medical reports. For a session in the hyperbaric chamber, you will need a recent chest X-ray with a report. INVICTA patients do not need to provide documentation from the Clinic.

  • We cannot promise a definitive answer, as this is not always possible in medicine. However, we can promise that we will thoroughly analyse your treatment history to date and make use of all available options to gain the best possible understanding of your situation.

You will receive a thorough review of your medical records, any necessary additional diagnostic tests, and specific recommendations for the next steps. We won’t leave you to deal with them on your own – after your stay, we’ll stay in touch to discuss the results, answer any questions and work out the next steps together.

  • The programme includes several consultations, therapy sessions and activities spread over four days, but the schedule has been planned to ensure there is also time for rest and recovery in between. We want your stay to enable you not only to go through an important medical process, but also to slow down for a while and look after yourself.

  • The Ferti Replan programme is also available at NAMI, with appointments arranged on an individual basis.
