Medical programme
LONGEVITY

Find out what’s holding you back today and start making a change with US.

A drop in energy levels, slower recovery, chronic fatigue or pain aren’t just ‘signs of ageing’ – they’re signals that your body needs attention. In the LONGEVITY programme, we combine advanced diagnostics with medical therapy. A doctor, a dietitian and a physiotherapist work together in one place and at the same time to implement a Health Plan, the benefits of which you’ll feel whilst you’re still here and which you’ll continue to enjoy for months to come.

This programme is for you if you want to

  • stay in top form for longer – you live life to the full and want to ensure that, even in a few or several years’ time, you’ll still have the energy and fitness to live life at your own pace,
  • to maintain your health and fitness (healthspan) for as long as possible – you want to take proactive steps before metabolic, cardiovascular or hormonal problems arise, or your fitness levels decline
  • go beyond ‘normal results’ – take a broader look at your metabolism, heart, hormones and fitness to identify which risks apply to you and what to do to minimise them,
  • turn your results and recommendations into a concrete action plan – set your health priorities, start implementing them during your stay and know how to continue once you return.

Diagnosis, assessment of stress, sleep and quality of life

You begin your stay with blood tests (we have an on-site laboratory). You’ll complete validated clinical questionnaires on sleep quality, stress levels and daily functioning, as sleep and stress levels have an impact on these parameters.

Medical consultation

A lifestyle doctor will collate your medical history with your test results and medical records, and highlight areas requiring attention. If your medical history or test results indicate a need, they will recommend further tests – including genetic predisposition tests. You will have these carried out on site.

Nutritional consultation

Body composition analysis: muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat and metabolic age. A dietitian combines the results with your current eating habits and draws up a personalised meal plan. You start following it at the NAMI Restaurant and take it home with you.

Physiotherapy consultation

Functional assessment: gait and posture analysis, fitness test, sit-to-stand test and measurement of muscle strength. The physiotherapist selects the treatments and determines their intensity for the duration of your stay. They record the training recommendations in your Health Plan.

Targeted medical therapies

Every day, you carry out between 3 and 6 treatments, selected following a consultation, from a range of nearly twenty available therapies: physiotherapy, medical training, modern equipment-based treatments, therapeutic massages and acupuncture

Stress management and the nervous system

Sleep and chronic stress affect recovery as well as metabolic and hormonal parameters, which is why working with the nervous system forms part of the daily routine: therapeutic yoga and yoga nidra, breathing techniques and aromatherapy.

Follow-up appointment and Health Plan

On the final day, you round off your stay with a consultation with a doctor. You’ll receive a Health Plan with specific recommendations on diet, exercise and recovery for the coming months.

A personal support worker after departure

Once you’ve returned, you’ll stay in touch with your Health Coach. Your Health Coach will support you in implementing your Health Plan and will review it with you to see what’s working and what needs adjusting.

More years in good shape

The LONGEVITY programme focuses on extending your healthspan – the period of your life during which you feel healthy, strong and fit. You’ll discover what currently has the greatest impact on your health, and you’ll leave with a plan that you can follow for years to come.

  • A clear picture of your own health – you’ll know which factors – whether metabolic, hormonal or lifestyle-related – currently have the greatest impact on your energy levels and fitness, and what you should focus on.
  • Fitness and freedom of movement for the long term – working on mobility, strength and coordination helps to reduce tension and pain, and allows you to maintain your independence and freedom to do the things you enjoy for longer.
  • More energy and better sleep – supporting the quality of your sleep and recovery, which in turn affects how energised you feel when you start the day and how well you cope with everyday demands.
  • A smoother return to fitness – improved recovery after exercise, overexertion or injury, making it easier to maintain an active lifestyle.
  • A calmer mind during busy periods – ways to manage stress and tension, including therapeutic yoga, yoga nidra and breathing techniques, which you can also practise at home.
  • A Personalised Health Plan – specific recommendations on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle, ensuring that your journey towards better health doesn’t end when your stay is over.

The LONGEVITY programme at NAMI – medical examinations, specialist consultations and a sustainable Health Plan

  • The LONGEVITY programme covers the full course of treatment: on-site diagnostics, three specialist consultations (with a doctor, dietitian and physiotherapist), daily therapies and activities, a Health Plan, and follow-up with a Health Coach after your stay.

Therapies and treatments are selected by specialists following the diagnostic assessment, from a range of nearly twenty options, including:

    • Orthopaedic physiotherapy — for musculoskeletal ailments and limitations, overuse injuries and post-traumatic conditions.
    • Urological and urogynaecological physiotherapy — working with the pelvic floor muscles: manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, functional rehabilitation.
    • Personal training with a physiotherapist — individualised training tailored to your physical capabilities and health goals.
    • QMR therapy — for post-traumatic and post-operative oedema, and joint-related conditions.
    • Biofeedback therapy — for urinary incontinence, pelvic floor muscle tension or weakness, and in rehabilitation following childbirth and gynaecological surgery.
    • HIFEM stimulation of the pelvic floor muscles — electromagnetic stimulation carried out whilst seated, without the need to undress.
    • Radial shockwave therapy (RSWT) — for chronic overuse conditions affecting muscles and tendons.
    • Focused shockwave therapy (FSWT) — for enthesopathies, calcifications within tendons and inflammatory conditions.
    • Radiofrequency therapy — for musculoskeletal injuries, overuse injuries and post-operative oedema.
    • Vibration therapy — for improving motor control, muscle flexibility and fitness.
    • Hydromassage with head and shoulder massage — for muscle tension.
    • Cryochamber with cardio training — for musculoskeletal strain and post-exercise recovery.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), Li-ESWT and radiofrequency treatments for intimate health are available as optional additions to the programme — they are subject to an additional charge and require a separate medical assessment.

  • A day at NAMI follows a set routine, with your consultations, therapies and meals all fitted into it. Everything takes place in a single building, so you don’t waste time travelling between activities.

MORNING — morning activities: therapeutic yoga, a swim or a walk, followed by breakfast at the NAMI Restaurant. On the day of admission, the morning begins with blood tests and vital signs checks.

THROUGHOUT THE DAY — specialist consultations, individually tailored therapies and treatments, medical training or exercise classes. In between, there’s lunch and a break to rest in your room or in the recovery area.

EVENING — dinner, followed by calming activities: yoga nidra, Schultz’s autogenic training or breathing techniques. A personalised aromatherapy treatment awaits you in your room.

The exact schedule depends on the scope of your programme and arrangements made with the specialists. If you need to get some work done during your stay, the schedule can be arranged to allow time for this during the day.

  • A team is working on your programme; they are based in the same building and work on the same days as you. This ensures that the findings from tests and consultations are incorporated into a single plan, rather than three separate sets of recommendations.

Dietitian — analyses your body composition and dietary habits, draws up a personalised nutrition plan and works directly with the NAMI Restaurant, ensuring that the recommendations are immediately incorporated into your meals.

Physiotherapist — carries out a functional assessment, selects therapies and determines their intensity for the duration of your stay, and records training recommendations in the Health Plan.

Health Coordinator — guides you through the organisation of your stay and, after your return, stays in touch and supports you in implementing the Health Plan.

  • LONGEVITY is a medical programme: it begins with a medical assessment, is based on on-site diagnostics, and concludes with a plan that you continue to follow once you return home.

    Why does this matter?

Once you reach your forties, several things usually change at once: sleep, energy levels, recovery rate, weight and fitness. Each one on its own seems too minor to warrant a visit to a specialist – but together, they contribute to a decline in your overall fitness. At LONGEVITY, we assess these areas simultaneously and show you how they are linked.

    What sets us apart

    • We start with a comprehensive assessment so that our recommendations are based on what is actually happening in your body.
    • We have a laboratory on-site, so the team can analyse your results whilst you’re still here.
    • Three specialist consultations: a lifestyle doctor, a dietitian and a physiotherapist, who discuss your case amongst themselves.
    • Treatments selected following the consultations – from 3 to 6 sessions a day, chosen from nearly twenty available options.
    • Work on the nervous system is part of every day’s programme: therapeutic yoga and yoga nidra, breathing techniques, and aromatherapy.
    • Nutrition is part of the programme – the dietitian works directly with the NAMI Restaurant.
    • A Health Plan for the coming months and follow-up with your Health Coach after your stay.
    • Additional therapies, going beyond the programme, are available at a discount: hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), which supports the reduction of inflammation and regeneration and helps regulate metabolism; acupuncture; urological physiotherapy treatments to improve the quality of sexual life, additional diagnostic tests and consultations, as well as skin treatments, e.g. mesotherapy (with tropocollagen) for skin regeneration.

    What you’ll take away

    • Knowledge of your own risk factors, discussed with your doctor.
    • A Health Plan: dietary, exercise and recovery recommendations.
    • Measures started during your stay, which you know how to continue.
    • Contact details for your Health Coach and the option of ongoing care within the INVICTA Group.

Research & Development (R&D) Component

The medical program at NAMI is part of a larger research and development project. With patients’ consent, we collect anonymous data and study the short-term effects of medical interventions on stress, sleep, well-being, and recovery.

Participation in the study is completely voluntary, safe, and does not affect the course of treatment. Your experience may help not only you but also other patients in the future.
