NAMI is a place where your story, your test results, your day-to-day life and the reason you’ve come to us all come together in one place and at one time.
We are the medical division of the INVICTA Group. We follow evidence-based medicine and utilise laboratory diagnostics and equipment-based therapies, as well as non-pharmacological methods: physiotherapy, exercise, nutrition, breathing techniques, acupuncture and recovery. All of this forms part of a single Health Plan, which you begin to follow during your stay and continue to implement once you return to your everyday life.
“Reproductive medicine has taught us that it is impossible to treat one system in isolation from the whole. To help our patients effectively, for over 25 years we have been looking simultaneously at hormones, metabolism, physical activity, sleep and stress levels — as well as emotions and relationships with loved ones, because these areas influence one another. NAMI was born out of this experience. It is the same approach, but spread over a few days spent in one place, and available not only to those trying for a baby but also to those for whom maintaining a healthy and active life for as long as possible is important.”
Dorota Białobrzeska-Łukaszuk,
CEO of the INVICTA Group, founder of NAMI
The interdisciplinary team at the NAMI Medical Resort comprises doctors from over a dozen specialisms (including general practitioners, gynaecologists, urologists, andrologists and endocrinologists), laboratory diagnosticians, physiotherapists, dietitians, as well as practitioners of natural medicine and instructors in yoga and relaxation techniques. This enables us to provide every guest with comprehensive, expert care.
When designing our resort, we didn’t ask what it should look like. We asked how it would affect someone staying there for a few days. The undulating structure, stone, wood, wicker, the garden by the sea and details imbued with the symbolism of life – each of these is an answer to that question.
At NAMI, we conduct our own scientific research, carried out by the INVICTA Research and Development Centre. We investigate what actually helps patients: how sleep and stress affect recovery, and how soon the first changes in results become apparent. We analyse this using anonymous data, collected with patients’ consent — participation is voluntary and does not affect the course of their care. The findings from this research are shared with you and others using our programmes.
We make conscious use of natural resources. We harness the potential of our location – Sopot, a health resort with over two hundred years of tradition in hydrotherapy – and respond to the actual needs of the medical facility.
Every stay begins with us finding out what you need. A NAMI carer will help you choose the right programme and answer any questions you may have about your stay.
