Ferti Replan Program
A new infertility treatment plan after previous failures

The Ferti Replan medical program is a short, intensive medical stay (3 nights) at NAMI – the Medical Resort of the INVICTA Group in Sopot. The program was created for couples after unsuccessful attempts at infertility treatment using in vitro fertilization (IVF). It is also available on an individual basis – if the partner cannot fully participate in the program.

In one place and over a short period of time, we combine: expert analysis of previous in vitro (IVF) treatment, consultations with multiple specialists, essential diagnostics, body regeneration, and the development of a specific “what next” plan – both medical and holistic – with the entire body of the future parents in mind, exhausted by the treatment process.

Goals of the Ferti Replan program at NAMI

The medical goal of the Ferti Replan program is to identify the most probable cause of infertility treatment failure, indicate the necessary diagnostics, and develop a realistic treatment plan with a clear decision pathway (what, when, where).

In parallel, the holistic goal is comprehensive care for the future parent’s body – the nervous system, sleep, metabolism, physical tension, and emotions – so that the subsequent stages of treatment can be experienced with greater calm and resilience.

Audit of previous infertility treatment

Analysis of protocols, embryo number and quality, transfer strategies, implantation window, and male and female factors.

Intensive
diagnostic mode

Condensed package of laboratory tests and consultations – in just a few days, you do what usually takes weeks: health assessment by doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists.

Holistic
fertility care

Diet, lifestyle, sleep, emotions, and other factors that can increase the effectiveness of treatment by an additional few percent – we take a broader view than just the stimulation protocol.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

Session in a hyperbaric chamber – compression in one of the largest, most advanced, and safest hyperbaric chambers in Poland. Or an advanced treatment in the field of urogynecological/uroandrological physiotherapy.

Woman meditating in lotus position, focusing on calm and balance

Taking care
of mental well-being

Working with the emotions associated with IVF treatment: feelings of failure, fear of the next attempt, living 'in suspension' between cycles. Learning stress and tension management techniques.

Exchange
of experiences & support

A small group of people with similar stories, psychological workshops, intimate dinners with INVICTA and NAMI experts, meaningful discussions without taboos.

The physiotherapist is providing the patient with rehabilitation recommendations after the surgery.

360°
health care

The possibility to follow the plan and recommendations within NAMI or INVICTA Clinics – or at your current clinic if you prefer to continue treatment there.

Ferti Replan
Medical Program

The Ferti Replan program is for you if:

  • you have gone through unsuccessful IVF attempts and feel that your body and mind are overwhelmed, yet you still want to try treatment again – but in a smarter, more informed way;
  • you feel that your previous care focused solely on “parameters and protocol” and lacked a view of you as a whole – your stress, breathing, physical tension, sleep and nutrition;
  • your body is sending signals: chronic fatigue, “brain fog”, weight fluctuations, unstable blood sugar, pain, tension – symptoms that are rarely associated with fertility;
  • you would like to undergo comprehensive medical diagnostics within just a few days;
  • you are looking for a place where a gynaecologist, andrologist, embryologist, dietitian, physiotherapist, lifestyle medicine physician and psychologist genuinely work together;
  • you need a second opinion that takes into account your entire situation: health, work and emotions;
  • you live in Poland or abroad and want a fertility specialist – together with a holistic team of experts – to analyse your previous treatment history, draw concrete conclusions and prepare a plan for regenerating your body, instead of limiting the discussion to “another stimulation and transfer”.

How participation works – together or separately?

The program always starts on Thursdays and ends on Sundays. The program is designed for couples, but it does not require both of you to be on-site all the time:

  • you can come on your own if you are the one who coordinates the treatment on a daily basis;
  • your partner can join only for part of the stay – for example, for a semen analysis, an andrology consultation, or a joint consultation (in person or online);
  • selected elements on the partner’s side can be scheduled for another date or in a hybrid format;
  • if your partner cannot be present at all, we will focus on what we can realistically do on your side, with a plan to complete your partner’s tests later.

Ferti Replan is a program for couples, designed to make the entire treatment process easier logistically, less burdensome and to provide a genuine sense of relief – because every stage is clearly planned and fully coordinated.

The program always starts on Thursdays and ends on Sundays.

1. Medical and expert consultations

  • gynecologist–endocrinologist / reproductive medicine specialist (couple),
  • andrologist,
  • lifestyle medicine physician,
  • clinical dietitian (with body composition analysis),
  • urogynecological / urological physiotherapist,
  • psychologist (fertility-focused) – workshop in a small group or individual.

2. Treatment and embryology audit

  • analysis of previous IVF/ICSI cycles and stimulation protocols used,
  • assessment of the number and quality of embryos obtained and the transfer strategy to date,
  • verification of clinical and embryological decisions made.

3. Fertility diagnostics – core

  • Women: transvaginal ultrasound (ovaries, AFC, uterine cavity, endometrium), AMH.
  • Men: semen analysis (basic parameters, morphology, sperm DNA fragmentation).

4. Lifestyle and metabolic diagnostics

  • Basic panel: morphology, metabolic parameters, inflammatory status (e.g. HOMA-IR, lipid profile, hsCRP, HbA1c, vit. D, apolipoprotein A).

5. Regeneration and supportive interventions

  • 1 HBOT or 1 urogynecological/urological physiotherapy treatment – according to qualification,
  • qualification for hyperbaric chamber therapy and chest X-ray (required for HBOT qualification),
  • therapeutic yoga, breathing techniques,
  • medical training in a small group,
  • evening Yoga Nidra / Schultz autogenic training sessions,
  • access to the regeneration and sports area (swimming pool, saunas, graduation tower, relaxation zone).

6. Documentation and plan

  • Report (PL/EN) with a hypothesis of causes and treatment plan A/B/C.
  • Recommendations and checklists for the treating clinic.
  • Lifestyle and regeneration plan: diet, movement, sleep, stress, physiotherapy.
  • Summary consultation with a doctor (on-site or online 3–14 days after the stay).
  • Telephone consultation with a care coordinator 2–4 weeks after the stay.

7. Extensions – optional (with consent, at a discount)

  • hysteroscopy, endometrial receptivity tests, biopsy,
  • advanced immunological / genetic diagnostics,
  • endometrial microbiome testing,
  • extended andrological panels,
  • additional HBOT sessions, physiotherapy treatments, extended stay.

1. Medical outcomes – for treatment

From chaos after unsuccessful IVF attempts – to an A/B/C plan.

  • Audit of previous treatment and embryology and a hypothesis of the causes of IVF failures – organising female, male and couple-related factors (including lifestyle), with an assessment of which of them are worth addressing medically.
  • Report – conclusions and recommendations for you and your treating physician:
    • analysis of previous cycles and embryology,
    • identification of “blind spots” in diagnostics,
    • recommendations regarding tests: what makes sense and what can be skipped.
  • Treatment plan A/B/C – clearly explained scenarios:
    • what we do now,
    • what we do if this does not work,
    • what the logical next steps are.
  • Ready-made recommendations for the clinic / treating physician that you can take with you.
  • Possibility to continue treatment at INVICTA / NAMI based on the developed plan – but with no obligation.

2. Outcomes for the body – physiology and physical health

A body prepared for the next steps in treatment.

  • A better understanding of the condition your body is in – metabolism, inflammation, hormones, weight, physical tension, pelvic floor muscles.
  • The first stay in a long time during which your body receives support, not just “more tests”:
    • therapeutic yoga, medical training, Yoga Nidra, Schultz autogenic training, breathwork,
    • urogynecological/urological physiotherapy,
    • regenerative elements: HBOT / physiotherapy treatments, pool and sauna area, salt graduation tower.
  • Direction, not a list of prohibitions:
    • clear nutritional recommendations (what to actually change, where to start),
    • recommended form of physical activity (how much, how often, at what level),
    • guidance on sleep (what to change in the evening, morning and during the day).
  • A practical body-care plan for after you return home – without the feeling that you have to “turn your life upside down”, but with simple, realistic actions that genuinely support infertility treatment.

3. Outcomes for the mind and emotions – psyche, stress, sense of control

  • A calmer mind when the plan and direction are clear.
  • Less information chaos – instead of scattered opinions, you receive one coherent picture of the situation.
  • A sense that someone finally sees the whole context, not just “your AMH result” or “sperm morphology”.
  • An experience of a stay during which you can truly exhale, because you receive:
    • a daily rhythm that “takes some of the responsibility for planning off your shoulders”,
    • evening calming sessions (Yoga Nidra / Schultz autogenic training) that teach you how to soothe your nervous system.
  • Normalisation of emotions – a conversation with a psychologist who understands the realities of infertility treatment (sense of failure, jealousy, fear of another attempt, “life on hold”).
  • A concrete plan for “what to do when it gets hard again” – stress-regulation tools you can use at home, before an appointment, before egg retrieval, before transfer.

How does the entire pathway look?

Before arrival:

  • contact with the program coordinator, initial qualification,
  • online medical interview (discussion of infertility treatment history, lifestyle, psychological load),
  • collection of medical records (results, embryology reports, discharge summaries, cycle descriptions),
  • optionally: discussion of previous treatment in the form of a teleconsultation, initial diagnostic plan (30–45 minutes),

  • evening calming session (Yoga Nidra / Schultz autogenic training) – transition into recovery mode.

Program days (D2–D3 / D2–D4):

  • tests, consultations, movement and recovery activities according to the plan,
  • every day: elements of movement, breathwork and calming.

After the stay:

  • summary consultation with a doctor (on-site or online 3–14 days after the stay),

Ferti Replan Program 3 nights

Price from 5000 PLN per person/per program

After a short conversation with the coordinator, we will prepare an individual quote.

Additionally

Frequently asked questions about the Ferti Replan program

  • A typical second opinion is a single consultation: someone looks at your results, suggests a different protocol, orders a few additional tests. At NAMI, as part of the Ferti Replan program:

    • we analyse your cycles, embryos, results, lifestyle, and mental and physical condition,

    • you have a stay, not just a visit – with diagnostics, movement, recovery and stress work,

    • you receive a medical plan and a plan for your entire body – not just the advice to “change your medication and try again”.

  • Yes.

    • You can come solo if you are the one organizing the treatment or if your partner cannot take a few days off.
    • Your partner can join only for part of the stay (semen analysis, andrology consultation, joint consultation).
    • Selected consultations involving your partner can be carried out online.
    • The “male” component (semen analysis, andrology consultation) can also be scheduled for another date.
  • No. The program is intended both for couples who:

    • plan to continue treatment at INVICTA / NAMI,
    • want to return to their current clinic (in Poland or abroad).

You receive a NAMI report and a treatment plan (PL/EN), which you can share with your doctor.

  • We cannot guarantee pregnancy – that would be dishonest.

    What we can do is:

    • improve the quality of clinical decisions (meaningful diagnostics, a logical A/B/C plan),

    • reveal factors that may have been overlooked (metabolism, inflammation, lifestyle, male factors, mental health),

    • strengthen the body (sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, recovery), creating better conditions for treatment.

The final outcome is also influenced by age, ovarian reserve, semen parameters, past illnesses and previous treatments.

  • No. The Ferti Replan program does not replace treatment. The program:

    • is designed to organise and plan your treatment,

    • serves as your “command center” – audit, hypothesis of causes, A/B/C plan,

    • supports the next steps (cycles, transfers) at INVICTA or at your current clinic.

  • We plan the “core” diagnostics so that it can be fully completed during your stay.
Selected tests (e.g. hysteroscopy, biopsy, endometrial receptivity tests, some genetic/immunological tests) may require a separate visit or a longer waiting time – in such cases we include them in the A/B/C plan with a specific timeline and order.

  • Before arrival, you will receive a detailed checklist. Here are a few key points:

    • 6–8 hours of fasting before blood tests (unless your doctor advises otherwise),

    • 2–5 days of sexual abstinence before semen analysis,

    • a recent chest X-ray (if you are planning an HBOT session),

    • a complete set of your previous medical records (test results, embryology reports, hospital discharge summaries).

  • Yes – NAMI is “workation-friendly” (fast Wi-Fi, quiet spaces), but we encourage you to:

    • limit work to a minimum,

    • treat these 2–3 days as time to focus on yourself and your situation as a couple.

We can flexibly adjust the timing of some consultations and treatments to your schedule – within reason and subject to availability.

    • Boutique-standard rooms at NAMI Medical Resort.
    • A restaurant with a pro-longevity menu (low GI, high-quality products, options tailored to dietary recommendations).
    • Regeneration and sports zone: swimming pool, saunas, salt graduation tower, quiet zones.

This is not a “hotel with a doctor’s office”, but a medical and residential center with full regenerative and diagnostic facilities.

    1. Contact the program coordinator (form / phone / e-mail).
    2. In a short conversation, we will check whether the program is suitable for you and in what configuration (solo / couple / with minimal partner involvement).
    3. We will prepare a proposed scope of services and an individual quote.
    4. After you accept it, you book the date (by paying a deposit), and then you will receive from us:
      • questionnaires to fill in,
      • a list of required tests and documents,
      • instructions on how to prepare for your stay.

Research & Development (R&D) Component

Ferti Replan is part of a broader research and development program of the INVICTA / NAMI Group.
This means that based on patient experiences and with their consent, we are working to improve infertility treatment – not only for you but also for future couples.

In practice, this means that:

  • Clinical, laboratory, lifestyle, and well-being data are collected in a modular R&D registry.
  • We analyze, among other things:
    • factors influencing the effectiveness of IVF treatment,
    • transitioning from “unexplained causes” to a defined causal hypothesis,
    • the impact of lifestyle, regeneration, and mental well-being on treatment outcomes.
  • We are developing AI-supported models to assist in making clinical decisions (cause ranking, recommended diagnostic and therapeutic paths).
  • Based on data from NAMI and INVICTA Clinics, we are continuously refining protocols and the scope of diagnostics.
  • The data is anonymous and processed in accordance with GDPR.
