– Unique Yoga Sessions at NAMI

Yoga at NAMI is more than just physical exercise – it’s a journey toward better health and well-being. Regain your inner peace and balance through specially designed yoga practices that connect the body, mind, and spirit. Choose your favorite relaxation technique and focus on being truly present in the here and now.

The perfect start to your day

Our morning classes include:

  • Hatha Yoga
A combination of physical and breathing exercises designed to enhance body awareness and mindfulness. This technique is ideal for those who want to begin their day in harmony, awaken body and mind, and strengthen their inner balance. Hatha yoga postures are adapted individually to your health, physical condition, and specific needs. Regular practice promotes proper body posture, increases muscle flexibility, improves focus, and reduces stress.
  • Fascial Yoga
Also known as Yin Yoga, this practice benefits the musculoskeletal system by improving mobility and relieving physical tension. Fascia is a connective tissue that surrounds our muscles, internal organs, and bones, forming a unified structure. Maintaining healthy fascia is essential for mobility and long-term physical fitness.
  • Breathing Techniques
Proper breathing enhances concentration, reduces stress, and revitalizes your life energy. One of the most well-known methods is Pranayama – a technique based on lengthening the inhale and exhale, pausing the breath, and reducing its intensity. This form of yoga is especially beneficial for people with asthma or chronic stress.

Class times: 7:00 – 8:30 AM & 8:45 – 10:15 AM

Achieve deep relaxation

Autogenic Training is a deep relaxation technique based on autosuggestion that helps restore the body’s psychophysical balance and achieve inner calm. During the session, the instructor guides participants with specific instructions that are gently followed. This method teaches self-regulation of emotions and enhances control over the body’s physiological responses.

Benefits include:

  • Reduction of stress and muscular tension
  • Improved focus and mental resilience
  • Restoration of bodily equilibrium through heart rate and breath regulation

Class time: 7:00 – 8:00 PM

Perfect for evening regeneration

Yoga Nidra is an ancient relaxation technique that brings the body and mind into a deeply restful state similar to sleep. The practice takes place in a lying position, and participants are guided solely by the teacher’s voice. It’s an excellent choice for those experiencing chronic stress or difficulty sleeping, often resulting in ongoing fatigue. One hour of Yoga Nidra is said to be equivalent to four hours of sleep.

Possible benefits:

  • Nervous system regeneration, reduced stress, and better sleep quality
  • Release of physical tension, lowered blood pressure, and boosted immunity
  • Enhanced intuition, mental calmness, and inner peace

Class times: 6:00 – 7:00 PM & 8:00 – 9:00 PM

How Do Yoga Sessions
at NAMI Work?

All yoga classes are held in small groups of up to 20 people, under the attentive guidance of a teacher. Our studio is fully equipped – participants only need to bring a change of clothes. Outerwear and other personal items should be left in the locker room.

Punctuality is very important – closed blinds indicate that the session has already started. To maintain the focus and comfort of all participants, we kindly ask that you do not enter the room once the class is underway.
