Who Is It For

Pneumatic massage is especially recommended for persons:

  • experiencing chronic stress and strain;
  • feeling fatigued after intense training or physical work;
  • suffering from lymphatic, fatty, or post-injury swelling;
  • wanting to reduce cellulite and improve skin condition;
  • looking for a way to improve circulation and general well-being.

The treatment requires a qualifying consultation with a physiotherapist.

The benefits

  • Muscle relaxation – precise massage will help relax tense muscles and relive pain;
  • Improved circulation – increased blood and lymph flow supports body detoxification;
  • Stress reduction – relaxation that helps minimize tension and improve mood;
  • Recovery after exertion – improved well-being after intense workouts or physical activity;
  • Body detoxification – cleansing the body from toxins and harmful substances.

How to prepare

On the day of the procedure:

  • discuss the course of treatment to date with the specialist,
  • inform the staff about all medications and supplements you are taking,
  • make sure your skin is clean and dry – do not use creams, lotions or ointments,
  • wear comfortable clothing.

Treatment process

STAGE I: Preparation for the procedure (lying down or sitting position).

STAGE II: Movement phase

In this stage, gentle pressure from the device helps move body fluids towards the lymph nodes. This supports their proper drainage and improves lymph circulation.

STAGE III: Relaxation phase

During this phase, the body has a moment to regenerate – thanks to maintaining light contact with the tissue, the lymphatic vessels refill, which promotes natural lymph flow and a feeling of relief.

STAGE IV: End of treatment (remain under the physiotherapist’s observation for 2 minutes).

Recovery guidelines

After the procedure, you can return to your daily activities. If you experience any worrying symptoms, please contact the medical reception immediately.
