Types of massages

  • Aromatherapy is an ancient art that uses the power of plant-based essential oils to improve health and well-being. Modern science has proven that these natural substances have a real impact on the body. Our aromatherapy full-body massage is a perfect way to combine pleasure with therapy. During the session, an experienced physiotherapist will select essential oils tailored to your current health needs and condition. Each massage is personalized to meet your emotional state, physical condition, and expectations.

  • This unique massage, combined with breathing techniques, is the key to deep relaxation and harmony. The experienced physiotherapist will use a combination of breathing exercises and massage techniques to calm your nervous system and reset your senses.
While the relaxing massage eases muscle tension and releases body blockages, the breathing techniques guide you into a deep state of calm, offering peace and inner balance. Each breath leads to better well-being, freeing your mind from unnecessary thoughts.

  • The vagus nerve is one of the most important nerves in the body, connecting the brain to internal organs like the heart, lungs, stomach, and intestines. It regulates many body functions, including heart rate, digestion, and stress response. Stimulating the vagus nerve helps restore balance in both body and mind. Our treatment combines massage with techniques that enhance its activity, leading to improved well-being, reduced stress, and faster recovery. This massage may also improve intestinal movement, aid digestion, and relieve issues such as bloating or constipation.

  • This massage blends traditional massage techniques with manual therapy for effective muscle tension relief, improved joint flexibility, and pain reduction. It works not only on the surface of the body but also on deeper layers of muscles and tissues, eliminating movement restrictions and restoring ease of movement in daily life. The therapist uses precise movements on joints, muscles, and soft tissues to remove blockages, improve circulation, and reduce tension.

  • Fascial massage focuses on relaxing the fascia – a thin, flexible tissue that surrounds muscles, joints, and internal organs like a web. When fascia becomes tense, it can cause pain, stiffness, and limited mobility. Chinese cupping is a traditional method used for centuries in Eastern medicine, involving the application of special cups to the skin with vacuum pressure. This technique improves blood and lymph circulation, speeding up the body’s regenerative and detoxifying processes. Our massage combines these two techniques for a comprehensive effect – cupping helps detoxify the body, while fascial techniques relax muscles and improve their function.

  • This special treatment, created by our experienced physiotherapist, is based on years of practice. It blends several effective techniques, including Hawaiian and Thai massage, manual therapy, Crano-Sacral therapy, and breathing exercises. The goal of this massage is deep muscle and joint relaxation and improved overall body function.
It helps release tension that causes pain, stiffness, and restricted movement, allowing your body to feel free and light again. This treatment also benefits the mind, making it ideal for those dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, or sleep problems.
