Intimate Health Therapy

SPECIAL OFFER – Physiotherapy consultation + 3 treatments + further recommendations for only 1500 PLN!

This is a modern treatment that uses low-intensity shockwave technology (Li-ESWT). It activates your body’s natural regenerative powers in intimate tissues. As a result, blood flow, muscle tone, and moisture improve—helping you return to full comfort and pleasure.

The procedure itself is pleasant, short, and precise. A physiotherapist gently applies a special treatment head to the areas in need of support. You may feel warmth and a light tingling sensation—nothing painful, just a sign that the therapy is working. After the session, you can immediately resume your daily activities.

The benefits

What results can you expect?

For women:

  • Increased sensitivity and more intense sexual sensations
  • Improved moisture and comfort in intimate areas
  • Reduced pain during intercourse
  • Enhanced tissue elasticity and blood flow—especially important when preparing for pregnancy
  • Strengthened pelvic floor muscles
  • Better bladder control
  • Greater self-confidence and joy from intimacy

For men:

  • Improved erection—without medication
  • Better blood flow and nourishment to intimate tissues
  • Greater sexual satisfaction and reduced tension
  • Natural support for fertility and sexual function
  • Support in recovery after prostatectomy—if nerve function responsible for erection has been preserved

Clinical studies have shown that Li-ESWT is an effective therapy for men with erectile dysfunction, particularly those who do not respond well to pharmacological treatments such as phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (e.g., sildenafil). These studies observed improvements in erectile function in a significant number of patients after completing Li-ESWT therapy.

How to prepare

Before the first session, you will have a consultation with a physiotherapist who will assess whether you are eligible for intimate health therapy. The specialist will explain how the procedure works and provide post-treatment recommendations.

It is recommended that the treatment area be free of hair. Please also ensure that the skin is dry — on the day of the procedure, do not apply any ointments, creams, lotions, or other cosmetic products.

Treatment process

The physiotherapist applies a special probe with conductive gel to the patient’s intimate area and uses it to activate impulses that stimulate the tissues’ natural regenerative abilities. The patient feels only warmth and mild tingling.

The procedure is performed without anesthesia — it is non-invasive and painless.
The mechanism of the treatment stimulates and accelerates the formation of new blood vessels, helping restore proper function of the intimate organs.

Recovery guidelines

No recovery period is required. You may immediately return to your daily activities. Intimate health therapy is not a contraindication to sexual intercourse.

Contraindications

Contraindications for intimate health therapy include local tumors, including tumors of the penis, prostate, and testicles, as well as active infections in the treated area.

The therapy must be carried out strictly according to a physician’s recommendations in patients who are:

  • with INR > 2.5 (increased risk of bleeding),
  • with prolonged partial thromboplastin time (PTT) or prolonged bleeding time (platelet count below 100,000/µl),
  • receiving anticoagulant and/or antiplatelet medications (e.g. aspirin),
  • with blood clotting disorders, including thrombosis,
  • receiving steroid medications within the past 6 weeks,
  • with a pacemaker,
  • under 18 years of age.

If the patient experiences severe pain or other significant discomfort in the treated area, the procedure should be stopped immediately.
