Patient Guide

NAMI Medical Resort & Clinic is a place where we care for our patients holistically—focusing not only on their health, but also on their comfort throughout their stay. We have prepared a brief guide to help you get acquainted with our daily schedule, suggested packing list, and recommendations for preparing for treatments.

What Does the Treatment Process at NAMI Look Like?

At NAMI, we implement medical programs designed to help you restore physical and mental balance. Our team of specialists provides comprehensive care, beginning with an initial consultation to assess your needs and preferences.

3-Step Treatment Process

1. Medical Consultation

You select your program, and our NAMI specialists tailor it to your individual needs for optimal therapeutic results. During this phase, we determine how we can support you, review any previous treatments, and define your desired outcomes. This preliminary consultation can be held online before your arrival.

2. Implementation of Medical Program

You will undergo consultations, diagnostic tests, and treatments. Your stay at NAMI will be an intensive health-focused experience, with several scheduled medical activities each day. However, there will also be time for rest and to enjoy our seaside location.

3. Long-Term Support

After your program, we will review the results achieved and provide recommendations to help you maintain and build on your progress. Follow-up consultations may be scheduled remotely or in any INVICTA Clinic, depending on specialist availability.

What to Pack?

The decision to go has been made, it’s time to prepare for the trip and your therapeutic stay. Here is a list of things to take with you when going to NAMI.

  • Bring any recent lab results, hospital discharge summaries, and a list of medications or supplements. If you don’t have up-to-date tests, they can be done on-site.

For some programs, especially for women, a recent Pap smear result may be important. If needed, we can perform this at INVICTA Clinic during your stay.

  • Many programs include physical activities, so pack comfortable activewear and suitable footwear.

  • All guests have access to the regeneration and sports zone (including pool, saunas, and saline graduation tower). Bring swimwear and flip-flops. Robes and towels are provided.

  • Coastal weather can be unpredictable. A warm coat with a hood, sweater, and hat will make seaside walks more enjoyable.

  • Your stay is a great time to unplug and catch up on reading. You’re also welcome to browse our guest library near the restaurant reception.
