NAMI OOCYTE is a medically supervised residential program at NAMI Medical Resort & Clinic in Sopot. It combines infertility treatment in our NAMI-developed clinical protocol, including medication priming, ovarian mesotherapy with platelet-rich and platelet-poor plasma and stem cells (PRP/PPP/MNC), and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), together with targeted regeneration (diet, sleep, stress regulation, movement).
The program is designed prior to in vitro fertilization (IVF) for patients with low ovarian reserve and a poor response to hormonal stimulation in previous treatment cycles.
We coordinate everything within a single day-by-day schedule, delivered to clinical standards, with an R&D module.
Whole-body effects you may notice (influencing energy, metabolism, and sleep):
Program goal
The goal of NAMI OOCYTE is to increase the proportion of mature oocytes (MII) and improve egg cell quality by supporting angiogenesis, reducing oxidative stress, and improving mitochondrial function. We uniquely combine a 5-day medication priming protocol, ovarian mesotherapy with plasma and stem cells (PRP/PPP/MNC) under anesthesia, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), as well as medical nutrition, pelvic-health physiotherapy, therapeutic yoga, and breath training. It is a coordinated residential stay — minimizing logistics and improving adherence to recommendations, increasing the chance of achieving the intended effect.
Who is the NAMI OOCYTE program for?
We help “body and mind” restore conditions for better oocyte development — through integrated medical actions that support ovarian function and whole-body regeneration.

No — it prepares you for IVF and can support its results.
The core is recommended; extension modules are optional.
Each element requires medical qualification and is conducted according to standards and detailed instructions, with tolerance monitoring.
Ideally a few weeks (minimum 2 weeks) before planned stimulation. We’ll align dates with your doctor to fit PRP/G-CSF and HBOT into the IVF calendar.
This is an individual decision. The program is intended to improve egg quality and is usually planned before stimulation; selected elements (HBOT/regeneration) may be considered ambulatory after physician assessment.
Often yes — after qualification. The program does not replace disease treatment, but can support the ovarian microenvironment and overall regulation of stress/sleep/metabolism. Diet and activity are personalized.
No. It is a protocol element recommended in specific situations; the physician decides on qualification.
PRP is an autologous platelet concentrate; PRP+MNC is PRP additionally enriched with MNC — stem cells, in particular HSC with MSC. The choice depends on medical qualification and indications, center capabilities and regulations. INVICTA performs PRP+MNC.
Usually yes, after medical qualification. The most common complaint is transient ear discomfort during pressure equalization. Contraindications are assessed by the physician (e.g., pneumothorax, some lung/ear/sinus conditions).
Usually 90 minutes (with compression/decompression). Natural-fiber clothing is provided; avoid flammable cosmetics and electronics. Staff will give detailed instructions.
Yes — it is performed under anesthesia. NPO rules apply (no food/drink) per anesthetic instructions; arrange transport after the procedure.
Transient lower abdominal discomfort may occur for 24–72 h. Paracetamol usually suffices; NSAIDs are limited per medical advice.
Keep activity moderate for 24–48 h. Return to high-intensity training gradually, after consulting your specialist.
Avoid flying the same day after anesthesia/PRP mesotherapy and immediately after HBOT. Plan travel with your doctor and concierge.
Do not change anything on your own. Provide a full list; the physician will confirm what to continue or pause.
The program supports biological conditions and preparation for IVF — it improves the number and quality of oocytes— but does not guarantee the final outcome. Many factors matter (age, ovarian reserve, male factors, etc.). We have seen significant AFC and oocyte-quality improvements in many patients, including pregnancies and births after previously “near-zero” prognoses in which donor oocytes were advised.
Often yes — especially with poor response/lower cellular quality. Medical qualification determines suitability and the selection of procedures.
Yes — we start with a core lab panel (e.g., CBC, CRP, etc.) and AFC ultrasound. Extended options are tailored individually.
Yes. NAMI’s kitchen prepares menus so each patient can choose the best option according to the dietitian’s recommendations and personal preferences/limitations.
Yes. The resort is workation-ready: fast Wi-Fi, quiet zones, flexible procedure/class schedules.
Yes — as extensions. We schedule them on site according to physician/physio recommendations.
Contact your medical coordinator/staff immediately. We follow a clear protocol (triage, documentation, physician decisions, escalation if needed) to ensure safety.
Using the medical program requires medical qualification and patient consent: to the stay and program, anesthesia, G-CSF, mesotherapy. Optional modules (e.g., wearables/app) have separate consents. Data are pseudo-anonymized and processed according to GDPR.
Yes. We have double rooms. For the partner, we can plan a regeneration program or andrology consultations as an option.
Yes — available as a separate package (e.g., NAMI ANDRO SPERM). Concierge will present scope and dates.
Yes — we provide full payment documentation; for installments, contact concierge/reception.
We follow our booking policy. Concierge will help find a new date and optimize the schedule.
This is set individually with your physician and also depends on the timing of the expected effects (hence 1–2-weekly checks so we don’t miss the best time to start). Stimulation should begin within three months from the day of mesotherapy.
Yes — according to the daily plan and instructions. Immediately after procedures, follow staff guidance (e.g., after anesthesia/mesotherapy or HBOT).
For example, untreated pneumothorax, certain lung and ear/sinus conditions, recent surgeries in these areas. Final qualification is by the hyperbaric physician.
Do not change anything on your own. We align hormonal medications with your treating physician so as not to disrupt the IVF plan.
Premium rooms with access to the Regeneration Zone, aromatherapy, quiet areas and remote-work options; details from concierge.
The medical program at NAMI is part of a larger research and development project. With patients’ consent, we collect anonymous data and study the short-term effects of medical interventions on stress, sleep, well-being, and recovery.
Participation in the study is completely voluntary, safe, and does not affect the course of treatment. Your experience may help not only you but also other patients in the future.
