The Ferti Replan medical program is a short, intensive medical stay (3 nights) at NAMI – the Clinic and Medical Resort of the INVICTA Group in Sopot. The program was created for couples after unsuccessful attempts at infertility treatment using in vitro fertilization (IVF). It is also available on an individual basis – if the partner cannot fully participate in the program.
In one place and over a short period of time, we combine: expert analysis of previous in vitro (IVF) treatment, consultations with multiple specialists, essential diagnostics, body regeneration, and the development of a specific “what next” plan – both medical and holistic – with the entire body of the future parents in mind, exhausted by the treatment process.
The medical goal of the Ferti Replan program is to identify the most probable cause of infertility treatment failure, indicate the necessary diagnostics, and develop a realistic treatment plan with a clear decision pathway (what, when, where).
In parallel, the holistic goal is comprehensive care for the future parent’s body – the nervous system, sleep, metabolism, physical tension, and emotions – so that the subsequent stages of treatment can be experienced with greater calm and resilience.
Analysis of protocols, embryo number and quality, transfer strategies, implantation window, and male and female factors.
Condensed package of laboratory tests and consultations – in just a few days, you do what usually takes weeks: health assessment by doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists.
Diet, lifestyle, sleep, emotions, and other factors that can increase the effectiveness of treatment by an additional few percent – we take a broader view than just the stimulation protocol.
Session in a hyperbaric chamber – compression in one of the largest, most advanced, and safest hyperbaric chambers in Poland. Or an advanced treatment in the field of urogynecological/uroandrological physiotherapy.
Working with the emotions associated with IVF treatment: feelings of failure, fear of the next attempt, living 'in suspension' between cycles. Learning stress and tension management techniques.
A small group of people with similar stories, psychological workshops, intimate dinners with INVICTA and NAMI experts, meaningful discussions without taboos.
The possibility to follow the plan and recommendations within NAMI or INVICTA Clinics – or at your current clinic if you prefer to continue treatment there.
The program always starts on Thursdays and ends on Sundays. The program is designed for couples, but it does not require both of you to be on-site all the time:
Ferti Replan is a program for couples, designed to make the entire treatment process easier logistically, less burdensome and to provide a genuine sense of relief – because every stage is clearly planned and fully coordinated.
The program always starts on Thursdays and ends on Sundays.
From chaos after unsuccessful IVF attempts – to an A/B/C plan.
A body prepared for the next steps in treatment.

After a short conversation with the coordinator, we will prepare an individual quote.
A typical second opinion is a single consultation: someone looks at your results, suggests a different protocol, orders a few additional tests. At NAMI, as part of the Ferti Replan program:
we analyse your cycles, embryos, results, lifestyle, and mental and physical condition,
you have a stay, not just a visit – with diagnostics, movement, recovery and stress work,
you receive a medical plan and a plan for your entire body – not just the advice to “change your medication and try again”.
Yes.
No. The program is intended both for couples who:
You receive a NAMI report and a treatment plan (PL/EN), which you can share with your doctor.
We cannot guarantee pregnancy – that would be dishonest.
What we can do is:
improve the quality of clinical decisions (meaningful diagnostics, a logical A/B/C plan),
reveal factors that may have been overlooked (metabolism, inflammation, lifestyle, male factors, mental health),
strengthen the body (sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, recovery), creating better conditions for treatment.
The final outcome is also influenced by age, ovarian reserve, semen parameters, past illnesses and previous treatments.
No. The Ferti Replan program does not replace treatment. The program:
is designed to organise and plan your treatment,
serves as your “command center” – audit, hypothesis of causes, A/B/C plan,
supports the next steps (cycles, transfers) at INVICTA or at your current clinic.
We plan the “core” diagnostics so that it can be fully completed during your stay.
Selected tests (e.g. hysteroscopy, biopsy, endometrial receptivity tests, some genetic/immunological tests) may require a separate visit or a longer waiting time – in such cases we include them in the A/B/C plan with a specific timeline and order.
Before arrival, you will receive a detailed checklist. Here are a few key points:
6–8 hours of fasting before blood tests (unless your doctor advises otherwise),
2–5 days of sexual abstinence before semen analysis,
a recent chest X-ray (if you are planning an HBOT session),
a complete set of your previous medical records (test results, embryology reports, hospital discharge summaries).
Yes – NAMI is “workation-friendly” (fast Wi-Fi, quiet spaces), but we encourage you to:
limit work to a minimum,
treat these 2–3 days as time to focus on yourself and your situation as a couple.
We can flexibly adjust the timing of some consultations and treatments to your schedule – within reason and subject to availability.
This is not a “hotel with a doctor’s office”, but a medical and residential center with full regenerative and diagnostic facilities.
Ferti Replan is part of a broader research and development program of the INVICTA / NAMI Group.
This means that based on patient experiences and with their consent, we are working to improve infertility treatment – not only for you but also for future couples.
In practice, this means that:
We are here for you.
